Free Tax Assistance will be available at the Dublin Library every Saturday, beginning Saturday, February 4, 2017, through Saturday, April 15, 2017, from 10:15 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., in the Group Study Room.
This program is jointly sponsored by the IRS and AARP Foundation. Trained volunteers assist with U.S. Federal and California State income tax and e-filing.
Various appointment time slots are available starting at 10:15 a.m., with the last available time slots starting at 2:30 p.m. You may call the Library at (925) 803-7252 during normal open hours or sign up in person at the Reference Desk.
Drop-ins with no appointment are welcome at any time, from 10:15 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., and will be served on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability of volunteer staff.
There will be no Tax Assistance offered on Saturday, March 18, 2017, due to the St. Patrick's Day Festival at Civic Center.

Staff and trained volunteers from the Tri-Valley Haven will assist you in completing the forms and documentation necessary to petition the family court for a protective order. No appointments necessary, just drop-in. This free, confidential service will be held every other Saturday. Explore how to create digital photographs that capture the essence of your subject! Learn how to use natural light, creative backgrounds, and interesting locations for your photos. This class is for adult students.
The instructor, Gerry Mooney, is a professional photographer who taught at Ohlone College for 25 years.
There will be a maximum of 36 students for this class.

Not only can you learn about Dublin’s heritage but you can participate in it too! Join us on scheduled Saturdays this fall and early winter for Hands-on-History Days. Make butter or ice cream, pan for gold, play old-fashioned games, help farm the new Farm Yard, and take a guided tour. Activities start in the Art Studio. Suitable for all ages! Perfect for families with small children.
