The draft minutes of the Commission meetings are generally presented to the Commission for approval at the following meeting. Once approved by the Commission, the approved minutes are available for distribution on this webpage, at the Dublin Civic Center, or upon request for a minimal copy charge.
Please note: The Heritage & Cultural Arts Commission meetings on August 10 will take place in Ambrose Hall at the Shannon Community Center (11600 Shannon Avenue, Dublin) due to the renovation of the City Council Chambers at City Hall.

Commission ResponsibilitiesThe Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission is an advisory body to the City Council and City Staff. This Commission is made up of seven members of the community who serve four-year staggered terms. The Commission considers and makes recommendations to the City Council on historical, cultural, and artistic matters by:
- Ensuring historical preservation of the Heritage Center
- Generating public input concerning the arts
- Reviewing arts contract proposals
