This program would slurry seal existing street surfaces as a preventative maintenance technique used to lengthen the life of the pavement. Construction for this annual program occurs during the Fall.

This program proves for the placement of a 1-1/2" asphalt overlay on streets that are presently in a deteriorated condition at various locations. Construction for this annual program occurs during the Spring.
