Tasting Garden

Creative food and wine pairings, plentiful samples of outstanding local wines and craft brews, and fresh, fun food from the Tri-Valley’s new and notable restaurants have always been central to Dublin’s Splatter event and part of what makes this event so popular.

NEW for this year . . .
The Tasting Pavilion from the past has been exchanged for open-air “Tasting Gardens” for 2016.  These attractive shaded outdoor seating areas are surrounded by restaurant, winery and craft-brewery booths and are admission-free.  Instead of a pre-paid Passport, festival-goers will purchase tickets redeemable for wine and beer and can purchase food directly from vendors.

Tasters still have the option to sample a wide variety if they wish, but those who want to enjoy a full glass at a favorite winery or a larger plate of a delicious entrée now have the flexibility to do so. Food allergies and dietary restrictions can be more easily accommodated, and families with small children can come and go more easily between the Tasting Gardens and children’s activities as needed.

Tasting Garden Hours: 12:00 to 8:00 p.m.
